According to Jellyneo, there have been reports of a free goodie bag in the NC Mall. Also it may not show up so you need to check later.

people said that it's random time if you see it... So check once in a while. I haven't been lucky yet...

Yay! I got a meepit bag and saw another meowclops but it was sold out again.

now i just need the meowclops one. i haven't seen it yet.

People say its the glitched one. I been refreshing for half an hour and havent seen it T-T

They say the meowclops bag is glithed and it will only be fixed after the weekend.

Ive already gotten all 3.. does that mean it will be gone once the glitch is fixed?

if we open the bags can we still get the prize?

I just got all three goodie bags right now. I ended up getting the special prize of a mutating background.

Yay! The glitch is fixed now. Also once you open the bag and get your prize, you can't get it again and you should still be able to keep your bag till you open it.
