I only have the top 4 items.
Items 6-10 are from the Altador Shop, but I didn't buy them last 2 years and they are retired Sad

Is "Shenkuu Altador Cup Media Book" from the bookshop?

you can buy them off from SW or TP even if they are retired. "Shenkuu Altador Cup Media Book" is from the bookshop. It is expensive now but checking back once in a while and it may be cheaper. I bought it from TP for about 150k NPs.

I think I have all the items except for the book. I restocked at the Altador Cup II's shop.
