Several things I can think of as of today..

~ Announcement Thread *not individual forum but the whole forums*
~ Affiliating with other neopets related forums / websites
~ A chatbox since not everyone visit every thread, some people might never meet other ppl
~ One competition thread where competitions are held regardless of which guild they are in
~ Having several leaders *not moderators* in every guild to help out

I like Kirras idea for the competition forum for all.

they're great ideas. I'll try to work on that tomorrow since it's too late now.

I think the " Non Neopets Discussion " category can be placed under the "Plots and Site Events " category since our forum is mainly for neopets. It will look a bit better.

Yes the forum was down yesterday,
there was a problem with the forumotion,
and many forum cant be accessed due to that. ^^

O ok.

Just a little something I thought since these days noone seems to register and only a few are still active in the forum.
What about having a referral festival. Like people who refer someone to be active here will get points,
and once they have certain amount of points they can redeem it to some items?
Of course we will also need to record the neopets name, the username and the IP address in order to prevent people having multiple accounts
This way at least we will have people earning things monthly.
Just a suggestion XD *but iono I cant think of a prize cause most of the prizes have been given for other competitions*
