So let's use the tie breaker.

"The tie breaker is as following: we give numbers to A, B, C according to the order of their picked numbers (in this case A gets 0 for being smallest, B gets 1 and C gets 2 for being largest). Then we sum the lottery numbers 12 + 13 + 15 + 41 + 42 = 123. Then we do modulo* for 3 (because we have 3 people). In this case, it's 0. Then A will win for the week.
