Apparently you can only buy them through August 8. I tried applying it to my pets to see what it was like, but it wouldn't work. I don't know if this is because it only works with certain pets or because it is to new yet. The only way to see what happens to it is to have your pet wearing it. You can place it in your SDB, Gallery, and all that, but it won't change there.
