Altador plot help

I got as far as the one with the sclaes. I have to buy something from the Altador shops that has a scale on it, but I haven't been able to find anything.

Make sure you match the amount of NP you have with the Neopian Inflation so if the inflation was 2.33%, you will need to hold 233 NP. If the item doesn't appear in that shop, go to the next shop. Also the inflation rate will be different.

In the Exquisite Ambrosia shop, look for an Altadorian Chocolate Coin.

In the Illustrious Armoury shop, look for an Altadorian Coin Purse.

In the Magical Marvels shop, look for a Scales.

I need the help. LOL. I am having trouble with the petpet for dunno how many months.
its been so frustrating and doesnt want to give leeway to me. D:
i have followed closely all the directions given by guides but none of them works for me D:

I think you have to play around with the levers and wheel to get it right.
